F900 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the f900 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services offered.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the f900 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you are not permitted to continue using this platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and f900 as the platform provider. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended terms will be deemed acceptance of those amendments.
The f900 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted. Users who register are responsible for ensuring that their participation is lawful under their local laws.
2. Account Creation and User Security
Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at f900. Registering multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. f900 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a copy of their identification card.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. f900 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
Users agree to use the f900 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts or any other method to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
- Attempting to hack, breach or interfere with the platform's security systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, forgery or transaction manipulation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
F900 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment Information and Transactions
All transactions on the f900 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name and not that of a third party.
F900 supports a range of local payment methods including internet banking, DuitNow and approved e-wallets. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform, which may change from time to time.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for the original deposit. f900 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits, to ensure the security of user funds.
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. f900 is not liable for any delays or payment failures caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

5. Liability Limits, Account Policy and Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
F900 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, system errors or unauthorised access by third parties. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and f900 makes no warranties regarding its continuous availability or the accuracy of the information displayed.
Account Suspension and Closure
F900 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation may be held pending investigation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team, and any legitimate balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software and other materials found on the f900 platform are the exclusive property of f900 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from f900.
Third-Party Links and Amendments to Terms
The f900 platform may contain links to third-party websites. f900 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party sites. f900 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Malaysian law governs all disputes arising from the use of this platform.
